Melanie received an MSc degree in Data Analytics (Bussiness Engineering) from Ghent University in July 2020, and continued her education with a postgraduate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. In September 2021, she joined the Techno-Economic research unit at the Internet and Data Lab research group at the same university. She is currently working towards a PhD in Engineering.
